Anyway. I like role-playing and I'm a part of a few sites role-playing the Warriors series [by 'Erin Hunter' horrible author. The series is fun to role-play though. P:] and dogs.

Type out what you want to mirror, duplicate that layer, then flip it vertically, and line it up.
On the upside down layer, rasterize it, then with a soft brush, erase the bottom of it.
Should create the effect you're looking for.
